About the Role As a Senior or Lead Consultant for SAP Transactional Banking, you will act as a subject‑matter expert with deep expertise in the Transactional and Banking Services modules of the SAP Fioneer Platform. Your main responsibilities will include designing and implementing tailored solutions, optimizing related processes, and ensuring seamless integration within the IT landscapes of banks and financial institutions. Responsibilities Serve as a specialist in SAP Transactional Banking within the SAP Fioneer Platform, providing functional and technical guidance. Design and implement banking solutions, including configurations and customizations, based on client requirements. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand and document business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Provide expert advice on the best use of the SAP platform, including system architecture, data migration, and interfaces. Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients. Participate in testing and quality assurance of developed solutions. Manage project tasks and timelines. Lead and mentor junior consultants. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. Proven experience in the implementation and configuration of SAP Transactional Banking. Deep understanding of banking processes, products, and services. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Project management experience. Experience with SAP Fioneer Platform is a plus. Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
