Senior Functional Consultant Odoo (m/w/d) - Full-time | Remote (Germany) or Hybrid (Berlin / Xanten)

About us

We are an E-Commerce company group with headquarters in Berlin and Xanten. We develop our own furniture brands, design products, and operate international online shops in the areas of Outdoor-Living, Children's Room Furniture, and Lifestyle. Our ERP system Odoo 16 is the backbone of our operational processes – and that's where you come in.

Your role

You are the bridge between our departments and the ERP system. You understand what procurement, storage or accounting needs, and implement it in Odoo – or steer external developers if it gets technical. No changing customer projects: You shape the processes of a growing company and see every day what your work achieves.

Tasks

• Odoo projects plan, control, and monitor independently – from requirement analysis to go-live
• Business processes analyze, optimize, and configure (procurement, storage, sales, accounting, …)
• Take requirements from departments and translate them into practical solutions
• Brief, coordinate, and review the results of external Odoo developers and partners
• School and accompany internal teams on new modules and processes

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience with Odoo – whether as a consultant, project manager or power user
• You know the core Odoo modules (sales, procurement, storage, accounting) and know what the standard can do and where the limits lie
• You can penetrate business processes and explain them clearly – to management just as much as to developers
• You speak German at a native level and have good English for cooperation with external partners

Bonus:

• Odoo Functional Certification or willingness to obtain it
• Basic knowledge of Python / Odoo ORM – not for developing, but to be able to follow along
• Experience with e-commerce processes or German accounting requirements
