Senior Fullstack Software Developer (m/w/d)

We develop and operate high-performance software solutions for demanding customer and enterprise environments. Our focus lies on stable, scalable, and maintainable applications that seamlessly integrate into existing platform, data, and integration landscapes. We rely on modern development processes, automation, and close collaboration between development, operation, and architecture.

To strengthen our development team, we are looking for a senior fullstack software developer who takes technical responsibility, participates in architectural decisions, and actively develops our software solutions.

What you can expect

• Development, maintenance, and further development of fullstack applications in productive enterprise environments
• Participation in application and service architecture (online services with intranet binding)
• Design and implementation of APIs and integrations
• Implementation of synchronous and asynchronous integration concepts
• Further development and use of CI/CD pipelines
• Development and operation of applications in containerized environments
• Ensuring code quality, security, maintainability, and performance
• Creating technical documentation
• Professional support and mentoring within the team

Technical knowledge

• Java SE (senior level)
• Experience with modern web technologies and frameworks: e.g. Angular, React
• Java-based application servers: e.g. WebLogic, Tomcat, Payara Micro, JBoss
• Development of service-oriented backends
• Messaging & Integration: e.g. Apache Kafka or comparable
• Databases and schema management with Liquibase or Flyway
• Knowledge in SQL and handling persistence frameworks like Hibernate, JPA
• API technologies like SOAP, REST
• Secure Design & Secure Coding
• Development of Single Page Applications (SPA)
• Structured separation of frontend and backend
• Focus on maintainability, usability, and clean interfaces

CI/CD, Platform & Tooling

• Versions management with Git
• CI/CD pipelines (Build, Test, Deployment)
• Artifact repository
• Containerization with Docker
• Experience with containerized applications on Kubernetes
• Test processes: Unit tests, structured test processes
• Automated testing (e.g. Playwright, Cypress or comparable)
