We are an advertising agency that helps craft businesses get more applications from skilled workers in the region through innovative social media strategies. In other words, we market medium-sized companies as attractive employers on social networks.

Do you have experience with digital topics and are familiar with low-code/no-code solutions as well as API tools like Zapier or Make.com – or are you able to learn quickly and independently? Then our IT and Business Development department is the right challenge for you.

As a Senior No-Code / Low-Code Automation Expert (m/f/d), you will design and automate our processes with modern tools. You will ensure that systems work together, data flows run smoothly, and our processes become even more efficient.

Areas of Responsibility:

• Automation of our business processes with no-code / low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make

• Setup, maintenance, and administration of Airtable databases

• Development of front-ends and interfaces with no-code / low-code tools

• Management and further development of our CRM system (especially HubSpot)

• Planning, execution, and implementation of new business processes

• Documentation & Conception of digital business processes

• User training & support

Salary: Senior Fullstack Developer (m/f/d): €8,000 gross per month

• Successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree (B.Sc. / M.Sc.) in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Business Management, Banking, or an apprenticeship in the IT field, as well as several years of demonstrable professional experience in IT / automation

• Strong analytical-methodical and structured thinking, excellent analytical skills, and a very quick grasp of concepts

• Several years of experience in project management as well as a high degree of discipline and strong organizational skills

• Strong result and solution orientation as well as the ability not only to understand existing processes but also to optimize them independently and sustainably

• Excellent teamwork skills, very strong communication abilities, and a confident, assured demeanor

• Excellent written German expression
