We are building the digital platform that connects job seekers, authorities, and further education providers in Germany. KI-gesteuert, B2G-compliant, and with excellent UX. DSGVO is not a checklist for us, but the foundation of our architecture.
Aufgaben
End-to-End Ownership: From vague idea to live release. You plan, build, and test features independently.
AI-Driven Development: You set the standards for the use of coding agents (Claude, Cursor) and configure MCP servers for maximum developer velocity.
Zero-Compromise Quality: 100% test coverage of critical processes (Playwright), SLO definition, and ownership in incident responses.
Architektur & Compliance: Design of DSGVO-compliant, EU-hosted systems. Clear decision documentation via ADRs.
Qualifikation
Tech-Stack: Fluent in TypeScript, Next.js 15+ / React 19+, and PostgreSQL (Drizzle/Prisma).
Track Record: Funded experience in end-to-end shipping of complex software, ideally in high-performance or startup environments.
AI-Native: Daily, routine use of KI agents – you know exactly when they accelerate the process and when they get in the way.
Mindset: You don't need anyone to push tickets. You measure your success by measurable user results, not code lines.
Kommunikation: Excellent English (C1+) for asynchronous documentation and negotiation-proof German on a native speaker level for sovereign conversations with the job center.
