Senior Fullstack Engineer - Remote

We are hiring for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Front-End Leaning) with strong AI/agentic building experience to help completely rebuild and scale a human-blended AI coaching platform, and the role focuses on driving a complete architectural overhaul. The ideal candidate possesses a high level of agency, a quick-iteration mindset, and the ability to work directly alongside the VP of Engineering in a tight-knit team. You should have a sharp eye for UI/UX detail on the front end, coupled with robust backend capabilities. As part of this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable architectures, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate expertise in building complex AI-powered applications, as well as a strong understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and containerization. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have experience working with agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
