To maintain this pace, we are looking for an AI-First Senior Fullstack Developer. We work in a tribe structure - self-sufficient teams that work together on specific product functionalities. We will match projects to your experience so that you can hit the ground running from day one. What you will do Create a product that makes life easier for millions of people in Poland and around the world, and lead greenfield projects. Build and develop web applications - biometric interfaces, applications for kiosks and printing machines. Design scalable APIs in Python (FastAPI) and manage infrastructure in the AWS environment. Handle state management in multi-step order flows. Design a modular feature-based architecture and write tests (unit, integration, E2E). Lead code reviews and ensure high code quality standards in the team. Actively use AI tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) as a constant element of daily work. Our expectations Min. 5 years of experience in fullstack development, including expert knowledge of React and TypeScript on the frontend and commercial backend experience in any language (Python, Node.js, Go, Java, C#, PHP). Willingness to develop backend in Python (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy). We do not require prior experience in this stack; we provide onboarding. Strong understanding of modern React patterns (hooks, context, composition) and practical knowledge of TanStack Router. Experience working with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL/Aurora, Redis, optionally DynamoDB). Experience with the AWS ecosystem (including ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SQS/SNS, EventBridge). Ability to implement multi-tenant UI architecture. Proficient use of DevOps and monitoring tools (Docker, Sentry, Grafana, Prometheus). Working with AI at a power user level as a natural part of your stack. Nice to have: Commercial experience with Python (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy). Experience with React Native. Knowledge of Canvas API, Web Workers. Experience with kiosk/embedded systems. Payment gateway integrations (Braintree, Apple Pay). What we offer Salary: 23,000 – 30,000 PLN + VAT / month (B2B).
