At conplement AG, you will develop as a Senior Fullstack Developer Web (m/w/d) modern web applications in agile teams. You bring your ideas, make technical decisions with the team and accompany the entire software lifecycle while always keeping quality, maintainability and sustainable solutions in mind.

Aufgaben

• You develop modern web applications with passion and bring your curiosity for new technologies actively into our projects.
• You accompany not only individual tasks, but shape the entire software lifecycle - from planning and architecture over development and testing to maintenance.
• Together with your team (er-)find solutions for complex new topics and implement them neatly in code. At the same time, you work on the further development and stabilization of existing software.
• You work in a self-organized, agile team and align yourself closely with Product Owner, Scrum Master and UX Designers. You help us to become better together, step by step.
• You keep current web technologies and trends in mind and apply them where they really create added value.

Qualifikation

• You have more than 5 years of practical experience as a Fullstack Developer and move confidently within the .NET/C# environment. Web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript or TypeScript are second nature to you.
• You have already co-developed complex applications and think beyond individual features, e.g., in terms of architecture, maintainability, testability and operation.
• Clean code, tidy structures and comprehensible solutions are your ideal, not just a theory. You possess solid knowledge of common software design principles and patterns (e.g., SOLID) and apply them consciously.
• You work routinely with modern development tools and processes (e.g., Git, CI/CD, ALM-Tools) and actively participate in Code Reviews and technical discussions.
• You use KI-gestützte Tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot or similar systems) sensibly in your daily development work and know how to make them more productive without giving up code responsibility.
• You feel comfortable with Angular and/or React in the frontend and can justify technical decisions based on solid arguments.
• You work agile, understand the underlying principles and move confidently in formats like User Stories, Reviews or technical Refinements.
• You communicate clearly and pragmatically - both within the team and with customers - and can explain technical matters clearly. You are fluent in German (C1 level).
