About the Position
As Senior Full-Stack Developer (m/w/d) at Bridgemaker, you build digital products that didn't exist before. You decide which tech stack fits best, develop software from the first line of code to go-live, and work directly with our customers, from a hidden champion in the middle class to a PE firm.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development; ideally in an agency or as a freelancer
- You can explain why you choose a certain stack. That's more important to us than the actual programming language
- Experience with modern web frameworks and cloud infrastructure
- Ai coding tools/pipelines are part of your toolkit
- You can explain technical concepts in a way that non-technical people understand
- Linguistic skills: German (C2) and English (C1)
- Teamwork ability: Although you're a coder, you work with us a lot with people
