Senior Fullstack Developer Java React

Project for a large, international organization (logistics) – new technological hub, zero legacy Event-driven systems processing thousands of events in real-time Full responsibility for features – from design to deployment and presentation to business We are looking for you if: you have min. 6–8+ years of experience in Java (Spring) and building production systems you have solid, hands-on experience with React (min. 2 years) and RxJS and reactive programming you have worked on complex microservice architectures you have experience in event-driven systems (real-time processing, large scale) you practically apply TDD/BDD in projects (not just declaratively) you can take full ownership of a solution (end-to-end delivery) you have experience working with demanding business stakeholders and can present solutions at the stakeholders / C-level you are an independent, decision-making person who thrives in a dynamic environment you communicate very well in English (international project) Nice to have: experience in pair programming (XP) practical knowledge of Kafka and event streaming architecture experience with AI / LLM solutions knowledge of Kotlin experience with cloud and containerization (Kubernetes) experience working in large organizations (enterprise, banking, logistics) Responsibilities: design and development of fullstack systems (Java + React) building and developing microservice and event-driven architecture delivering end-to-end functionalities (design → development → delivery) working in XP model (remote pair programming) ensuring the highest quality of code and tests direct collaboration with business and presenting solutions What you can expect: service delivery in a 100% remote model long-term cooperation on a strategic project high expectations and real impact on the product working with an experienced team in an international environment benefits: medical care, multisport card, English language lessons integrations – we like spending time together Get to know us better https://www.facebook.com/clurgo/
