Senior Fullstack Developer

We are not looking for a developer who is proud of the number of lines written. We are looking for an architect who understands that Vibe Coding (according to Karpathy et al.) has fundamentally shifted the abstraction layer. Your unit of work is no longer the function, but the Agentic Workflow.

In our legal compliance environment, quality is non-negotiable. Your task is to orchestrate probabilistic coding agents (LLMs) to deliver deterministic, audit-proof software for .NET and React.

The Tech Stack & The Toolchain

We operate at the 'Bleeding Edge' of productivity. You bring your own AI setup or redefine ours.

• Infrastructure: Terraform

• Core: .NET 9/10, React (TypeScript).

• MS-SQL (as System of Record)

• Your Tools: You work daily with tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf and are also happy to try new ones

Your Tasks

• The AI writes the boilerplate, you solve the hard problems of Vibe Coding

• You develop solutions & strategies that help to mathematically exclude hallucinations in business logic (C#).

• You optimize the 'Working Memory' of your coding agents so that database schemas and legacy code can be used without exceeding the context.

• You prevent the infrastructure from deviating unnoticed from the target state when your agents autonomously adapt Terraform scripts

• You find elegant and effective ways to review AI-generated code and make the 'human-in-the-loop bottleneck' as large as possible

Your Profile

• You are a seasoned pro in .NET and React and recognize anti-patterns before the linter flags them

• You have a deep and broad understanding of software architecture, patterns and their respective advantages and disadvantages

• You think in rules and chain-of-thought prompts that ensure AI follows our guidelines and security standards.

• You enjoy working in a team and take pleasure in tackling tasks together in SCRUM

• You have strong communication skills and experience in combining your strengths with those of your colleagues in diverse teams
