Senior Full Stack PHP Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to architect, build, and maintain robust web applications across backend and frontend. This role requires a hands-on engineer who thrives in collaborative environments, contributes to technical decisions, and mentors teammates while ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications (PHP backend + modern frontend).
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver high-quality features.
  • Translate Figma/mockups into production-ready code with strong UX/UI fidelity.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
  • Modernize and refactor legacy codebases while ensuring business continuity.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment automation.

    • Requirements

    • 5+ years of PHP development (frameworks, design patterns, performance optimization, security best practices).
    • 5+ years of frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript ES6+, responsive design, async programming, build/optimization tools).
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills; proven experience in team code reviews.
    • Hands-on experience with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.
    • Experience with legacy system maintenance and modernization.
    Nice to Have
    • WordPress/CMS development (custom themes, plugins).
    • Experience with large-scale static websites.
    • Background in TDD, unit/integration testing.
    • Solid grasp of OOP, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.
    • Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and Figma handoffs.
