Senior Full-Stack Engineer (R&D)

Who we look for We’re seeking a senior Full-Stack Engineer to lead a diverse team to design, implement, and optimize production-grade tools and applications that support video game asset pipelines and production workflows. Responsibilities Backend Design and build scalable backend services and secure RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI or Flask). Model, query, and optimize data across relational and NoSQL databases; implement caching and messaging when needed. Enforce authentication/authorization mechanisms to ensure secure access to sensitive data. Frontend Develop responsive, user-friendly, and highly interactive web applications using JavaScript (React or Angular) and HTML/CSS. Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing and intuitive interfaces. Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate frontend components into larger systems. DevOps Ensure smooth deployment of services and applications to production environments using containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes). Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system resources for maximum efficiency. Leadership Mentor junior engineers, provide technical guidance, and contribute to the development of best practices within the team. Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer; Strong understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and version control systems (Git). Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes) is a plus.
