Senior Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust backend services using .NET (C#), with a strong focus on security, performance, and HIPAA compliance.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs for integration with internal applications, third-party services, and mobile platforms.
- Develop intuitive, responsive frontends using Angular or React, tailored to both care advocates and patient-facing experiences.
- Leverage cloud platforms like Azure (and optionally AWS) to build scalable, high-availability solutions using cloud-native services (e.g., functions, queues, storage, managed databases).
- Contribute to the architecture and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, clinicians, compliance, and QA teams to define technical requirements and ensure regulatory alignment.
- Participate in system design discussions, peer code reviews, and agile sprint planning.
- Contribute to internal documentation and support knowledge sharing across the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). A Master’s degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in software development, with strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, TypeScript, and Angular or React.
- Proven experience building secure and scalable REST APIs.
- Solid experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like xUnit, Jest, or Moq.
- Experience with OAuth 2.0 authentication and authorization flows.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure.
- Experience working in the healthcare industry.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Bicep.
- A collaborative mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
