Senior Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust backend services using .NET (C#), with a strong focus on security, performance, and HIPAA compliance.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs for integration with internal applications, third-party services, and mobile platforms.
• Develop intuitive, responsive frontends using Angular or React, tailored to both care advocates and patient-facing experiences.
• Leverage cloud platforms like Azure (and optionally AWS) to build scalable, high-availability solutions using cloud-native services (e.g., functions, queues, storage, managed databases).
• Contribute to the architecture and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, clinicians, compliance, and QA teams to define technical requirements and ensure regulatory alignment.
• Participate in system design discussions, peer code reviews, and agile sprint planning.
• Contribute to internal documentation and support knowledge sharing across the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). A Master’s degree is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with strong proficiency in .NET Core, C#, TypeScript, and Angular or React.
• Proven experience building secure and scalable REST APIs.
• Solid experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like xUnit, Jest, or Moq.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0 authentication and authorization flows.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure.
• Experience working in the healthcare industry.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Bicep.
• A collaborative mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
