You'll be entering a phase where your decisions will have an extremely high impact:

• Maximum Impact: You'll be working on core systems (Backend, Frontend, Architecture, Deployments). Things that carry the product and the company.
• Fast Growth in Responsibility: When you deliver, your scope will grow very quickly with it. From owning individual components to Architecture-Lead, Process-Owner, and prospectively Team-Building, with enough engagement, your journey will go far!
• You'll be working closely with the CTO. Short paths, quick decisions, genuine technical leadership.

Aufgaben

Backend & APIs (Django)

• Backend systems and APIs in Django build and continuously develop
• Architecture decisions are responsible for: Scalability, Reliability, Maintainability

Frontend (React)

• Features in the React-Frontend implement (UI, State, Integration)
• Performance and Developer Experience improve
• Clean interfaces between Frontend and Backend design

Engineering Excellence

• CI/CD Pipelines and Deployment-Workflows implement and improve
• Clean Code, Design Patterns, and System Design consistently apply
• Larger parts of the codebase refactor to increase long-term maintainability – with modern tools like Claude Code
• Testing/QA systemically build (Unit, Integration, E2E – per area)

KI-gestützte Produktivität

• Ai-assisted Development Workflows actively use and develop (faster iterate, quality increase, automation)

Qualifikation

What you should bring with you

• Strong experience in Full-Stack Development. Both Backend and Frontend are important
• Very good skills in React (Component Architecture, State Management, Performance, clean patterns)
• Very good skills in the Backend (Django, APIs, Data Models)
• Solid understanding of Architecture, Design Patterns, and Clean-Code-Principles
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD (Build Pipelines, Tests, Deployments, Release Processes)
• Very well-developed Testing- & QA-Practices
• Familiarity with modern toolchains & workflows – including Ai-assisted Development

Bonus

• Tangential experiences with Go and/or Rust (or strong curiosity), as we will prospectively expand parts of the system
