Evaluation is a digital platform and an appraisal office for high-quality real estate appraisals. With our brands Evaluation(.net (B2B)) and Reports(.org (B2C)), we create easy access to professional real estate appraisals for private individuals, companies, and institutional investors – and build a scalable business model for the DACH market.

In the long term, we develop a digital service ecosystem around real estate with integrated solutions for property owners: individuals, investors, and companies. With Evaluation, we digitize and modernize a system-relevant industry – and continuously develop our own software platform further.

Aufgaben

• You develop our platform independently further – from the backend over APIs to deployment.
• You design and implement robust backend architectures and performant data models.
• You develop secure REST APIs, including authentication and authorization concepts.
• You are responsible for our infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and production-ready deployments.
• You work closely with our Head of Product and turn new product ideas into scalable software.
• You bring frontend features with React and TypeScript to production readiness and ensure high code quality.
• You optimize performance, maintainability, and security of our platform.
• You bring your own ideas and shape technical decisions actively.

Qualifikation

• You have several years of experience in developing modern web applications.
• You master Node.js,TypeScript,Express, andPostgreSQL andPrisma securely.
• API design, authentication, and role-based access control systems are part of your daily routine.
• You have experience withDocker, Linux, CI/CD, and production-like infrastructure.
• You have solid frontend experience withReact,TypeScript,Vite, and modern UI components.
• You work test-driven, structured, and with high quality standards.
• You feel at home in a startup, work independently, and take ownership gladly.
• You communicate securely in English; German skills are an advantage.

Nice to have

• Experience withPython orFastAPI
• Experience withKI-/LLM-Integrationen
• Knowledge in PDF or document generation
• Experience with multi-tenant systems or row-level security
• Startup or founding experience, including genuine product ownership
• Interest in real estate, finance, or data-driven B2B products
