**fairforce is the LegalTech pioneer with a seat in Leipzig. Since 2017, we have been digitizing legal services for consumers and global brands. Our team is growing – and so is our architecture. To relieve our Team-Lead and increase our deployment frequency, we are looking for an experienced reinforcement with a hands-on mentality.

Aufgaben

• **Quality & Gatekeeping
  **You support our Team-Lead in code reviews and test automations and ensure through high standards that tickets can be merged efficiently and securely.
• **Data-Handling
  **Our over nine years grown MariaDB has valuable data – you optimize queries and understand the logic behind complex data structures.
• **End-to-End Responsibility
  **Following the motto 'You build it, you run it' you accompany features from their first concept to rollout.

KI & Backend-Engineering (Real-World Implementation)

• **Prompt Engineering & Output Control
  **You optimize prompts for extracting information from unstructured judicial documents and ensure through validation layers (Guardrails) that AI results are reliable in the MariaDB.
• Actionable Insights
  You develop logics that extract data not only to gain information but also to automate precise response drafts and process-relevant follow-up tasks (To-dos).
• **AI-Driven Development
  **You use modern AI tools (e.g. Claude/Anthropic, Copilot) to maximize your development speed and support the team in efficiently integrating these tools into the SDLC.

Qualification

You need this at fairforce:

• **Experience
  **At least 5 years of professional full-stack experience. You have already worked in environments where code quality and review processes were crucial.
• **Tech-Stack
  **You master Java / Spring Boot in your sleep and are just as confident with React with TypeScript.
• **Database Know-How
  **You have fundamental experience with relational databases (MariaDB/MySQL) and know how to work efficiently in large table structures.
• **Architectural Mindset
  **You think in scalable microservices and clean interfaces (REST).
• **Language
  **You speak German fluently (C1/C2), allowing you to navigate the complex legal domain confidently.
