Aufgaben

• Technical leadership of an international development team - You coach and coordinate external developers in a distributed, cross-functional team and ensure uniform processes and quality standards.
• Architecture and conception of enterprise solutions - You design clean, scalable system architectures and create fundamental technical concepts from scratch in consultation with our product management team.
• Implementation of a robust Secure Development Lifecycle - You establish and improve security processes throughout the development chain.
• Quality assurance at the highest level - You ensure excellent test coverage and medical-conform documentation standards.
• Hands-on development of complex backend systems - You develop yourself and stay technically up-to-date.

Qualifikation

• At least 5 years of experience in enterprise software development with a focus on processes, quality, and security.
• Expertise in Java/Kotlin as a basic requirement for backend development.
• Experience in technical team leadership and concept development - You can independently develop complex technical concepts, document them, and convey them.
• Fundamental understanding of Secure Development - From threat modeling to secure implementation.
