Senior Full Stack Developer Laravel & Vue.js (m/w/d) - Remote

We are shaping the future of work for over 3,000+ companies in German Mittelstand. Currently, we are building our next product generation completely new (Laravel/Vue.js/Inertia) and developing parallel AI products that rethink project work from scratch. For this, we are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer (m/w/d), who knows AI not just theoretically but practically applies it in their daily work. Claude Code and Agents are not experiments for you, but your everyday toolkit. You build in hours what others need days for. You understand that modern software development today is the combination of handcrafted code excellence and AI leverage. You think applications holistically, from backend to frontend to user experience, and integrate AI functionality not as a feature but as an architectural principle.

Aufgaben

• Development of our next ZEP product generation as Senior Fullstack Developer (Laravel in the backend, Vue.js with Inertia in the frontend)
• Mitgestaltung of our new AI products and setup agent-like workflows
• Architecture decisions for a scalable, AI-driven platform, from data model to API
• Step-by-step modernization of grown structures, AI-supported migration from legacy PHP system to the new platform
• Code reviews, coding standards, and active promotion of best practices in the squad
• Sparring partner for developers, UI/UX designers, product managers, and the Co-CEO on technical and strategic decisions

Qualifikation

Erfahrung und Mindset:

• At least 3 years of experience in web or fullstack development, ideally in B2B SaaS
• You think in systems and architectures, not just individual features
• Responsibility, team player qualities, and experience in agile setups
• Very good German language skills, good English language skills a plus

AI-Native Toolset (what you already actively use):

• Claude Code, Cursor or similar AI-IDEs as daily driver for backend and frontend conception, code reviews, and refactoring
• Claude Design, Figma Make or similar for rapid prototyping
• Experience with the Anthropic API or comparable LLM-APIs in productive applications
• Understanding of MCP, Agentic Workflows, Tool Use, and Custom GPTs
• You know when AI-generated code is directly usable and when handcrafted engineering with precise design makes the difference

Technisches Handwerk:

• Very good knowledge in Laravel and deep understanding of PHP, also in the context of grown systems
• Very good knowledge in Vue.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem
• Experience with Inertia.js and development of modern SPA-like applications on Laravel basis
• Familiarity with Vite, Git, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions or GitLab CI)
• Solid understanding of clean architectures, clean code, domain-driven design, and maintainable software
• Bonus: Experience with Electron, desktop applications, or performance optimization at databases (MySQL/Postgres)
