Ideal Candidate

We are looking for talented individuals to join our team as Senior Full Stack Developers. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with architects, data experts, and application leaders to design, develop, and maintain robust applications using modern fullstack technologies and cloud platforms. The role involves end-to-end software development, from concept and architecture to deployment and continuous improvement.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop user-facing applications with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Next.js) and backend services (Node.js, Python).
  • Build and integrate APIs (REST, GraphQL, SOAP) and ensure seamless communication with data platforms.
  • Implement best practices for performance, scalability, and security, including code scanning and vulnerability remediation.
  • Work with SQL & NoSQL databases (eg. Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Participate in CI/CD processes, version control, and automated testing (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, CircleCI).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver on project milestones.
  • Apply SOLID principles, OOP concepts, TDD/BDD methodologies, and microservices/event-driven architecture.

Required Skills
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and server-side frameworks (Express.js).
  • Strong understanding of front-end technologies (React, Next.js) and design-led development.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (eg. Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization.
  • Solid database design skills (eg. 3NF, Dimensional, Data Vault).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (GitLab, GitHub).
  • Familiarity with APIs, integration patterns, and secure coding practices.

Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of ModelOps practices and advanced analytics integration.
  • Experience in financial services, healthcare, or open banking.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and communicating insights effectively.
