Senior Frontend Developer: React/TypeScript, 100% Remote, KI-First

We are a modern remote-first and KI-first software company developing a specialized software solution in the Microsoft/cloud environment. Our collaboration takes place entirely in the home office with short coordination paths, high self-responsibility, and a strongly KI-supported working method.

We are looking for an experienced frontend developer with strong focus on React and TypeScript. The role is particularly suitable for people who like to work independently, use modern technologies, and actively participate in feature development from conception to deployment.

We consistently use KI tools in our daily development – from planning to implementation, debugging, code reviews, documentation, and process optimization.

Aufgaben

• Development of modern frontend features from planning to Azure deployment
• Design and implementation of responsive React components for desktop and mobile
• Work with React 19, TypeScript 5.9, Tailwind CSS, Radix UI, TanStack Router, and TanStack Query
• Integration with Office.js, Microsoft Graph, and backend APIs
• Implementation of authentication and integration processes with Azure MSAL
• Taking over individual topic areas independently in coordination with the team
• Active participation in code reviews and technical architecture decisions
• Understanding existing backend APIs and making minor adjustments as needed in .NET
• Closely remote collaboration with product management, backend development, and other technical contacts
• Active use of KI tools to improve quality, speed, and transparency in the development process

Qualifikation

We are looking for an experienced frontend person who masters React and TypeScript securely and enjoys implementing modern user interfaces cleanly, thoughtfully, and user-oriented. What is important to us is not only technical experience but also the ability to work independently, think ahead, and coordinate well with the team.

You should bring at least 5 years of experience with React and TypeScript and be familiar with modern frontend development. This includes good handling of React Hooks, state management, REST APIs, as well as experience in designing and implementing responsive interfaces for desktop and mobile.

As our product is closely linked to Microsoft, cloud, and backend technologies, it would be helpful if you understand APIs well and have basic knowledge of C#/.NET. You don't need to be a backend specialist, but should be able to understand interfaces and make minor adjustments as needed or participate in shaping them.

In addition, you should bring:

• Experience with Git and modern build tools like Vite or Webpack
• A cloud-first mindset, preferably with Azure or alternatively AWS
• Interest in Microsoft technologies like Office.js, Microsoft Graph, and Azure MSAL
• Openness to KI-supported development processes and ideally practical experience with corresponding tools
• Very good self-organization in the home office
• Proactive and clear communication in the remote team
• A structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working method
• Product-oriented thinking and enjoyment of long-term software product development
• Fluent German skills

We would also like it if you already have experience with some of the following technologies or topics:

• TanStack Router, TanStack Query, or Zustand
• Office.js or Office/Outlook add-in development
• Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID or Microsoft Graph API
• Azure Services, Azure OpenAI, or Elasticsearch
• KI tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar tools
• Good English skills for technical documentation and working with development resources
