Job description
We are Applyze — a rapidly growing B2B SaaS platform that empowers recruiting teams with AI-driven candidate analysis. Our product is used by HR teams across Europe to screen applications more efficiently and make better hiring decisions.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to join our product team in Munich, who is eager to shape a product with real impact from the ground up.
Tasks
Your tasks:
- Development and maintenance of our React/TypeScript frontend application (Web App + Shared Decision Room)
- Architecture decisions for scalable and maintainable frontend structures
- Close collaboration with Product, Design, and Backend teams
- Code Reviews, technical mentoring for junior developers
- Performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), and testing
Our stack:
React 19, TypeScript, Vite, Tailwind CSS, React Router, Supabase, Resend, Stripe — deployed on Render and Vercel.
Qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in frontend development
- Very good knowledge of React (Hooks, Context, Performance) and TypeScript
- Experience with modern build tools (Vite or Webpack)
- Proven experience in a product company (no pure agency profile)
- English on at least B2 level (working language is English and German)
