Job description

8+ years of experience in Front End, Design System, or UX Engineering.
Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and component library development.
Extensive experience with Figma design systems, libraries, and design tokens.
Hands-on experience with modern UI frameworks such as ShadCN, Radix UI, or Tailwind CSS.
Strong understanding of accessibility, scalable UI architecture, and design governance.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Fluent English.

Nice to Have

Experience in financial services or enterprise applications.
Familiarity with data-rich interfaces, real-time applications, or developer platforms.
Experience working with globally distributed teams and AI-assisted development tools.
