Senior Frontend Developer

We are a product and technology company developing our own e-commerce / OMS platform, used by the largest retail chains in Poland. We are looking for someone who will take full responsibility for the platform's frontend - and for whom this will not just be tasks from Jira, but a real impact on the whole: architecture, technological decisions, quality, and developer experience. This is a role for someone who knows the React ecosystem broadly - not just one framework - and can choose the right solution for the problem, not the problem for their favorite tool. Scope of responsibilities: Development and maintenance of the platform's frontend applications - the administration panel (React 19, TanStack Start/Router/Query, Apollo GraphQL, shadcn/ui, Tailwind CSS v4) and the mobile warehouse application (PWA, Capacitor/Android, offline-first, code scanning, i18n), Shaping frontend architecture and making technological decisions - from state management, through offline strategy, to monorepo tooling (Moon, Bun, Vite, Biome), Translating UX designs and core team decisions into working solutions - from concept, through implementation, to production deployment, Ensuring quality and developer experience - E2E tests (Playwright), observability (Grafana Faro, OpenTelemetry), application performance on real devices in warehouses, Collaborating with the backend team on API contract design. Our expectations: Very good knowledge of React and TypeScript - not just one framework, but the broad ecosystem; we work with TanStack (Router/Query/Form/Table), Zustand, Apollo, among others - we don't expect knowledge of everything, we expect that a new library is not a barrier, Ability to choose a tool for the problem - you can justify why useState is enough here, a server-state cache is needed there, and offline persistence is truly necessary here, Independence and responsibility - we set the direction together in the core team, projects are created with the UX designer, but on the frontend side, you will bring them to production, Pragmatism instead of dogma, Communicative English (code, documentation, part of communication). Nice to have: Experience with offline-first applications / PWA / Capacitor or React Native, Client-side GraphQL work, Experience with monorepos (Moon), UX/UI sensibility, Frontend observability.
