Responsibilities: Front-End Excellence: This role demands deep expertise in building user interfaces with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle, from architecture to implementation and deployment. Architecture and Design: You will be designing the frontend architecture and building reusable components, focusing on performance, SEO, and accessibility. You will also participate in code reviews. Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver high-quality products. Mentorship and technical leadership will be crucial for guiding junior engineers and fostering a culture of technical excellence. Technology Leadership: Contribute to technical roadmaps, drive technology decisions, and explore new technologies to keep our frontend stack up-to-date. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in frontend development. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS. Extensive experience with React and related libraries (e.g., Redux, Styled Components, etc.). Deep understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques (e.g., code splitting, lazy loading, caching). Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Experience with unit and integration testing. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience with Agile methodologies. Nice to Have: Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) frameworks (e.g., Next.js, Gatsby). Experience with TypeScript. Experience with GraphQL. Experience with Webpack or other build tools.
