Senior Front End Developer (React)

Lead complex React environments to a higher level.
As a Senior Front-end Developer at Divotion, you are the substantive director within React projects. You help organizations with complex front-end issues and elevate architecture, scalability, and code quality to an enterprise level.

You combine technical depth with advisory skills and take ownership in client environments where performance, maintainability, and long-term further development are central.

What will you do?
You will work on strategic React projects for clients where scalability, performance, and stability are crucial. You will act as a technical sparring partner for both developers and stakeholders.

Specifically:

• Design and realization of enterprise-grade React architectures

• Setting up and monitoring front-end standards and design systems

• Implementing scalable state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, etc.)

• Advising on tooling, CI/CD, testing strategy, and performance optimization

• Reviewing code and coaching fellow developers

• Collaborating with backend, UX, and DevOps at an architectural level

• Actively contributing to knowledge sharing within Divotion (knowledge sessions, events)

You are a good fit for this role if you recognize yourself in (part of) the profile below:

• Higher professional education/university level of work and thinking

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a React Front-end Developer in complex environments

• In-depth expertise in React (hooks, performance, architecture)

• Strong experience with TypeScript and component-based development

• Experience with modern frameworks such as Next.js (plus)

• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, Vitest, Cypress)

• Experience with modern build and deployment pipelines

• Affinity with cloud environments

• You communicate clearly and advise convincingly

• Excellent command of the Dutch language
  

Benefits

• Salary up to €6,000 gross per month (based on 40 hours), depending on knowledge, experience, and seniority

• Mobility budget of €825 per month or a lease budget of €925
