Tasks

• Identification of potential new customers and new markets
• Leadership of sales projects for customer-specific development projects
• Aquisition of new customers in collaboration with the sales organization
• Analysis of customer needs, advisory solution finding, and preparation of solutions
• Technical consulting and development of customer-specific solutions
• Market observation, processing, and forwarding of market information
• Together with the management team, customer-specific development projects from idea to series maturity are accompanied

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a study in electrical engineering or industrial engineering or comparable qualification (electrical technician) with several years of industrial work experience
• Multiple years of experience in technical sales or product management of consulting-intensive products
• Structured, goal-oriented working style with analytical skills and high customer orientation
• Ideal candidates can bring their experience and network in the field of electronics into play
• Self-reliance, engagement, and agility as well as developed planning and organizational skills
• Prompt handling of MS Office, particularly Excel at an advanced level
• Very good German and English language skills
• Travel readiness for trade fairs and occasional customer visits
