Senior Franchise Operations Analyst - Seeds

To support this mission, Syngenta's Recruitment Team is seeking a Senior Franchise Operations Analyst in São Paulo/SP. This role will support the delivery, implementation, and monitoring of strategies to ensure the success and growth of the franchise network.

• Attend to franchisees' requests and questions, orient them on policies, procedures, and best practices, and facilitate communication between franchisees and internal departments.
• Responsible for managing the contract fee process, calculating and processing remuneration, managing advance payments, and processing incentive/premium payment programs for franchises.
• Gather and analyze performance data from franchised units regarding contractual obligations, such as reinvestment in marketing and technical assistant (TA) proof, prepare regular reports on KPIs and trends.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions.
• Auxiliary in evaluating potential franchisees, contribute to the selection and approval process of new franchisees, and support the expansion team in analyzing new markets.
• Collaborate on developing training materials, assist in organizing and conducting training sessions for franchisees, identify capacity-building needs within the network, and participate in special projects related to network development, following the implementation of new initiatives with franchisees.
