Description

• Prepare detailed financial models to support business cases and strategic initiatives.
• Provide commercial analysis to support pricing, sales, and profitability decisions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address financial performance gaps.
• Develop and present monthly management reports with actionable insights.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyse market trends and competitor performance to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Drive process improvements within financial reporting and analysis functions.

Profile

• A tertiary degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
• CA/CPA qualification
• Proven experience in financial modelling and commercial analysis.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence senior decision making
• Experience with sales/margin analysis + partnering with sales/marketing highly advantageous
• Leadership experience highly regarded (direct reports or end to end management of projects)
• Experienced with BI tools
• Systems savvy - experience with an ERP and navigating complex, sometimes ambiguous data

Job Offer
