The company is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst PL/SR with an analytical and strategic profile to lead the team and perform the main activities:

• Evaluate the financial performance of projects (actual vs. budget, cost of sales, construction value);
• Analyze and monitor projects with financing, ensuring adherence to financial parameters;
• Prepare economic and financial feasibility studies for real estate developments;
• Conduct predictive analyses to support investment strategy;
• Participate in the structuring of monthly reports with performance indicators for the area.

Requirements

Requirements

• Availability for 100% on-site work (São Paulo - Cond. Ed. São Luiz - Itaim Bibi);
• Completed higher education in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related fields;
• Prior experience in real estate and preferably in investment analysis, debt structuring, capital markets;
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial modeling.
