The company is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst with an analytical and strategic profile to lead the team and perform the main activities:

• Monitor the real estate receivables portfolio, evaluating cash flows, guarantees, delinquency, and financial performance;
• Analyze project performance linked to receivables (actual vs. budgeted, cost of sales, construction value);
• Perform credit risk analysis and guarantee structuring;
• Conduct projections and predictive analyses of cash flows;
• Prepare feasibility studies for entrepreneurial projects when applicable;
• Produce management and operational reports with performance indicators from the portfolio;
• SUPPORT THE INVESTMENT AREA IN EVALUATING THE QUALITY AND RISK OF CASH FLOWS.

Requirements

Requisitos

• Availability for 100% on-site work (São Paulo - Cond. Ed. São Luiz - Itaim Bibi);
• Completed higher education in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related fields;
• Prior experience in real estate and preferably in investment analysis, debt structuring, capital markets;
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial modeling.
