Senior Photo & Video Creator - Full-time (m/f/d)

We are looking for Photo and Video Creators (m/f/d) for the Social Media department to support us in creating and designing daily content and in implementing our customer projects.

What does Cordes Consulting GmbH do?

We are an advertising agency that helps craft businesses get more applications from skilled workers in the region through innovative social media strategies. We therefore market medium-sized companies as attractive employers on social networks. To this end, we are looking for new photo and video creators (m/f/d) to manage our own social media channels and successfully implement our customer projects.

Your Areas of Responsibility:

• You create target-group-oriented content for all Cordes Consulting social media channels (Instagram, Facebook & our in-house YouTube channel)

• Independent execution of video shoots & photo shoots (throughout Germany) for the social media presences of our agency clients (craft businesses, construction companies, and industrial companies)

• Review and revision of photo & video recordings

• Video editing and processing of material according to style guides depending on the target platform

• Color correction, sound mixing, quality control

• Creation of overlays and animations (e.g., lower thirds, call-to-actions, end screens)

• Post-processing of photo materials with Photoshop and Lightroom

• You will be responsible for material management and archiving of our editing projects.

Salary: Senior Photo & Video Creator - Full-time (m/f/d): 5,000 Euros (gross) per month.

• Completed degree or apprenticeship, alternatively many years of experience as a self-taught individual, in an agency, or in freelance work (photo production, video production, or animation)

• In-depth technical understanding in the areas of camera, sound, lighting, and video editing

• Very comprehensive knowledge of job-specific software (Photoshop, Premiere Pro & After Effects) and routine use of it

• Strong creativity, teamwork skills, and a keen sense for detail

• Impeccable command of German and English, both written and spoken

• Self-directed work as well as organization and timely finalization of complex projects

• Quick comprehension, high discipline, and reliability

• Ability to follow existing processes and actively develop them further
