Hire Resolves client is looking for a Senior Foreman to join their team in Cape Town. The company always ensures the best results for their clients in the projects being delivered, these include Renovations & Alterations, New Builds (commercial/ multi- residential), Tenant Installations, Refurbishments and Maintenance.

:

Relevant qualification in the built environment or trade certification
10 years of relevant experience in the Construction Industry
Must be familiar with industry best practices, quality assurance and OHS.
Assertive Management skills in managing subcontractors, site labour & resources effectively
