You have an exceptional feel for shoes, fashion, colors, materials, and silhouettes, and at the same time enough commercial understanding to know that a great product doesn't just have to work on a mood board.

It has to be bought.

Pammys has grown to over 1 million customers in just four years. Today, over 150 employees are working to make Pammys an international Footwear Brand.

With our next growth phase, we are significantly expanding our product portfolio and developing Pammys from individual successful products into a strong international Footwear Brand.

For this, we are looking for a Senior Footwear Designer (m/f/d) who will significantly shape our future collections and products.

You will not be given finished ideas to elaborate on.

• Development of new footwear concepts, models, and collections from the initial idea to the final design
• Translation of fashion, footwear, consumer, and cultural trends into commercially relevant products for Pammys
• Development of silhouettes, colorways, materials, details, soles, and design concepts
• Creation of seasonal creative directions, mood boards, color & material stories, and collection concepts
• Continuous analysis of international runways, brands, retailers, social media, and street style trends
• Development of an independent Pammys Design DNA and consistent further development of our visual product language
• Creation of professional sketches, renderings, and design specifications for further product development
• Close collaboration with Product Development, Technical Development, Sourcing, and Merchandising from the initial concept to production readiness
• Evaluation and further development of samples with a focus on design, proportions, materials, colors, and details
• Utilization of sales data, customer feedback, and market information to further develop existing bestsellers and identify new product opportunities
• Regular international trend, trade fair, market, and supplier trips to identify developments early and further develop products directly on site

• Many years of experience as a Footwear Designer or Senior Footwear Designer, ideally with a relevant fashion, footwear, lifestyle, or consumer brand
• Strong portfolio with demonstrably realized and commercially successful footwear products
• Outstanding feel for silhouettes, proportions, colors, materials, and details
• Deep understanding of current footwear, fashion, lifestyle, and consumer trends
• Ability to not just copy trends, but to develop an independent and commercially relevant design language from them
• Experience in developing complete collections, seasonal concepts, and product families
• Very good understanding of the entire footwear development process from design through sampling to production
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and relevant design tools; experience with 3D and AI-based design workflows is a big plus
• Strong commercial understanding and the ability to combine creativity, customer needs, and sales potential
• Experience in direct collaboration with Product Development, factories, and international production partners
• Very high visual standards combined with speed in development and implementation
• Strong initiative and a clear creative opinion
• High international travel willingness for trend research, trade fairs, suppliers, and production partners
• Very good English skills, German skills are an advantage
