Senior Flood Engineer

The Role

Within the civil section of the business they work across transport, land development and urban development and have strong current and future pipelines in all sectors.

They are therefore seeking a talented Flood Engineer or Senior Flood Engineer who can work across all disciplines. Experience in all is not essential, but the desire to value variety in your workload is and training and development will be provided as needed.

The Responsibilities
  • You will run your own projects as well as work as part of a team on major projects.
  • This is a role with extensive growth and development opportunities; both in project exposure and experience as well as career progression and further development.
  • You will have opportunities to liaise and influence all stakeholders and to truly be valued.
The Requirements

This is an exciting role that will suit an ambitious water engineer who is looking to take ownership of their projects and career. In return for the opportunities that you will be afforded, you will be able to demonstrate:
  • 5 years + experience working as a Flood Engineer or Senior Flood Engineer
  • Australian (preferably NSW) engineering design consultancy experience
  • Demonstrable experience utilising TUFLOW and other relevant software packages
  • Additional experience in drainage design will be highly desirable but not essential
  • Experience working within at least one sector of urban development, land development or transport infrastructure
  • Full working rights in Australia
