Senior Fleet Coordinator - Automotive Technology & Vehicle Management (m/f/d)

Your Role
As a Senior Fleet Coordinator (m/f/x) in the Active Fleet department, you are a central driver of our customer experience, ensuring that our customers are always mobile and safe on the roads. With your strong sense for service and processes, you manage operational processes in vehicle and repair management and elevate our service quality to the next level. Through your proactive approach, you optimize and automate interfaces to seamlessly support the growth of our fleet.
Your Mission
Guarantee excellent mobility assurance: You independently manage and coordinate service, repair, and breakdown cases, ensuring a fast, smooth process for our customers in close collaboration with our external damage management partners.
Maximize fleet availability: You keep track of the adherence to all legal and manufacturer-specific deadlines (such as maintenance and inspections) and optimize the utilization and condition of our entire fleet.
Drive process optimization & scaling: You analyze existing workflows and operational fleet management, document best practices, and actively contribute to the scaling of recurring processes.
Establish customer-oriented solution finding: You confidently handle complex individual cases in direct customer contact, systematically derive improvement potentials, and ensure a first-class customer journey.
Promote knowledge transfer & team coaching: You support your team with technical onboarding, guide colleagues on operational issues, and establish quality standards for an excellent service infrastructure.
Your Profile
Must-have:
Solid Automotive Background: Successfully completed commercial or technical training in the automotive sector (e.g., Master Craftsman in Automotive Technology, Service Technician, Automotive Salesperson) or a comparable qualification.
Relevant Service Experience: Several years of demonstrable experience in service consulting, service assistance, or in a workshop environment with a strong customer focus.
Structured Multitasking: Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain an overview and act solution-oriented even with a high volume of cases.
Strong Communication Skills: Fluent German language skills at C1/C2 level for confident communication with customers and partners, as well as good English skills (at least B1) for our internal collaboration.
Nice-to-have:
Tool Affinity: Initial practical experience with modern ticketing and CRM systems (such as Zendesk or Salesforce).
Leadership Potential: Initial experience in technical guidance, coaching, or coordination of team members.
