Senior Finishing Foreman – Construction & Property Development

A respected and dynamic property development and construction group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Finishing Foreman to lead the finishing phase of a major development in Cape Town. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a proven track record in delivering high-end finishes on large-scale projects.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years’ experience in finishing supervision on large residential or commercial developments
• Strong quality control skills and a meticulous eye for detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain productivity
• Proficient in interpreting finishing schedules and technical drawings
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Supervise all finishing trades including painting, ceilings, joinery, tiling, and final fit-offs
• Coordinate subcontractors to maintain workflow and meet programme deadlines
• Conduct regular quality inspections and enforce company finishing standards
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays
• Report progress and challenges to Site and Project Management
• Valid driver's license
