Areal Group Wealth Management GmbH is seeking an experienced Senior Real Estate Financing Manager (m/f/d). We have been successfully active in the German and European real estate markets for over 25 years.

Responsibilities

• Development and structuring of financing concepts for real estate investments
• Analysis of financing needs, debt service coverage capacity, and relevant economic key figures
• Preparation, compilation, and submission of complete financing documents
• Communication and negotiation with banks and other financing partners
• Review and comparison of financing offers and conditions
• Management of financing processes until closing
• Support of management in financing decisions
• Management of existing financing and ongoing banking relationships
• Close coordination with internal departments concerning acquisitions, existing properties, and project developments
• Active use of AI applications to support daily work
• Participation in the further development of prompts and AI-supported workflows, as well as identification of new use cases
• Technical review and quality assurance of AI-generated results

Qualifications

• Completed apprenticeship as a bank clerk (Bankkaufmann/Bankkauffrau), a degree with an economic or financial focus, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in real estate financing, ideally in commercial real estate business
• Good understanding of financing structures and economic relationships
• Confident handling of numbers and the ability to structure complex issues
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Professional and committed demeanor towards banks and business partners
• Independent, meticulous, and structured way of working
• High sense of responsibility and discretion
