Shape the accounting of tomorrow: cloud-based, AI-supported, paperless. You will be responsible for managing clients with modern tools, leading digital financial accounting including HGB monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, steering projects end-to-end, and optimizing accounting processes.

Your chance to shape the future - Your tasks:

• • Manage our clients with the help of modern technologies
  • Take over digital financial accounting independently
  • Create monthly, quarterly, and annual statements according to HGB and financial accounting guidelines
  • Conduct account reconciliations, prepare payment processing, and create value-added tax declarations
  • Analyze and optimize continuous accounting processes of our clients through the use of digital tools
  • Design and utilize digital workflows (e.g. document flows, approval processes, document management), to make processes more efficient and transparent

You bring:

• • A completed commercial education or a comparable, successfully completed study
  • At least 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting
  • Ideal candidates have practice experience from a tax office or law firm
  • Experience in balance sheet accounting and/or participation in annual statements
  • In-depth knowledge of HGB and financial accounting
  • Pasión for digital innovations in the field of accounting
  • Experience in handling digital workflows (e.g. digital document processing, workflow tools, electronic approval processes)
  • A high degree of accuracy and a good sense of numbers
  • Safe handling of Microsoft M365 and DATEV
  • Experience with Business Central, Oracle, or industry-specific ERP systems is advantageous
