Senior Accountant / Certified Public Accountant (m/f/d)

• Processing and coordination of ongoing financial accounting for Stuttgart, Burscheid, and Waiblingen

• Execution of payroll accounting

• Reconciliation and maintenance of accounts and bookings

• Involvement in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB (German Commercial Code)

• Execution of intra-group reconciliations

• Processing of accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger accounts, and fixed assets

• Handling of payment transactions and dunning procedures

• Support of internal departments as well as tax advisors and auditors

• Standardization, documentation, and digitalization of accounting processes

• Taking on additional specialist topics and financial projects

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or university degree with a focus on finance and accounting

• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting and payroll accounting

• Further training as a financial accountant or certified public accountant is an advantage

• Very good Excel skills

• Experience with ERP or accounting systems

• Confident handling of complex accounting matters

• Independent and diligent processing of financial topics

• Very good German and good English language skills
