We are looking for reinforcements in finance and accounting in Berlin, starting immediately.

Responsibilities

• Account management in financial accounting
• Reconciliation of asset and financial accounts
• Payment transactions, monitoring and execution of payment runs
• Booking of bank accounts and settlement of credit cards
• Coordination with operational departments for correct and period-appropriate recording of business transactions in financial accounting
• Preparation of sales tax advance returns
• Participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB (German Commercial Code)

Qualifications

• You have successfully completed an adequate vocational training or a degree
• You have demonstrable several years of professional experience in this field
• You have experience with common ERP systems
• You master Excel
• You have very good German language skills as well as good and applicable English language skills
