Job description
- Analyze financial results and company balance, following accounting records;
- Control operational costs of the industry, ensuring they are within targets;
- Perform critical analyses of OPEX and industrial costs, focusing on operational efficiency;
- Develop and track financial performance indicators for the industrial area;
- Serve as a bridge between finance and the industrial team, ensuring alignment between financial and operational goals;
- Verify and explain differences between managerial and accounting numbers;
- Analyze monthly closing accounts, highlighting key drivers that impacted results;
- Publish financial projections, budgets, and track monthly results, explaining variations;
- Collaborate in monitoring exchange rate risks, supporting treasury with analyses and risk mitigation;
- Lead process improvements and automation, seeking increased productivity and creation of financial indicators;
- Participate in regular meetings, presenting results, analyses, and suggestions;
- Perform financial analysis to understand the difference between forecasted and realized values.
