Senior Financial Group Controller (m/w/d)

We are currently looking for a Senior Financial Group Controller (m/w/d) to strengthen the FP&A team at an international growing company in the Consumer Products sector with headquarters in Düsseldorf.

The company is an internationally successful brand with strong growth and an innovative product platform. In this role, you will take on a central function in Financial Reporting and planning and work closely with Finance and Business teams in an international environment.

Aufgaben

• Preparation and further development of monthly Financial Reportings (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Analysis of plan/actual deviations and preparation of recommendations for management
• Participation in Forecasts, Budget planning, and long-term financial planning
• Presentation of Management Reports and decision-making bases
• Analysis and structuring of financial data from ERP systems
• Further development and establishment of Reporting structures and Excel models
• Support in optimizing Reporting and Finance processes
• Closely working with international Finance and Business stakeholders

Qualifikation

• Studies in the field of Finance, Accounting, Economics or comparable
• Multiple years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, Financial Reporting or Accounting
• Very good knowledge of Excel and enjoyment working with data
• Experience working with ERP systems (ideally Microsoft Dynamics / Business Central or SAP)
• Very good understanding of financial key figures, P&L, and balance sheet
• Analytical and structured work approach
• Very good English skills

This is a plus

• Experience in the Consumer Products, Retail or E-Commerce environment
• Experience in an international company
• Knowledge of BI tools (e.g. Power BI)
