Aufgaben

• Strategic Financial Planning & Analysis:

• Development and control of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

• Implementation of scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decisions.

• Deduction of recommendations for action from market and financial data.

• Financial Reporting & Compliance:

• Preparation of precise and timely financial reports in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP requirements.

• Ensuring the observance of internal control mechanisms and corporate governance standards.

• Business Partnering & Decision Support:

• Tight cooperation with business units as a strategic sparring partner.

• Counseling on investment decisions, pricing strategies, and cost optimization projects.

• Presentation of financial key figures and forecasts to the Senior Management.

• Process Optimization & Systems:

• Identification and implementation of improvements in financial processes and reporting tools.

• Leadership or support of projects such as ERP implementations and digital transformations.

Qualifikation

• Master's degree in Finance/Accounting or comparable, ideally with CPA/ACCA/CIMA.
• At least 8 years of experience in Financial Controlling.
• Deep understanding of IFRS/local GAAP, financial modeling, and performance management.
• Sure handling of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), reporting software, and BI tools.
• Communication skills and leadership skills.
• Fluent German and English, Spanish knowledge desirable.
