(Senior) Financial Controller (m/f/d)

Do you want to actively shape the financial management of a growing company and work closely with Accounting and Management?
As a Senior Financial Controller (m/f/d), you will take on a key role in our finance organization. You will be responsible for forecasts, budget planning, and cash flow analyses, further develop our reporting, and support strategic decisions with sound analyses. You will combine finance expertise with a strong understanding of processes, numbers, and corporate governance.

• Participation in monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB (German Commercial Code)
• Preparation of forecasts, budgets, and scenario analyses
• Finance Business Partner for Accounting and other internal stakeholders
• Preparation and monitoring of cash flow plans
• Analysis of plan-actual deviations and derivation of recommendations for action
• Further development of reporting, calculations, and financial KPIs
• Optimization of controlling processes and support in expanding our BI landscape
• Ensuring data quality and further development of relevant finance systems and interfaces

• Successfully completed university degree with a focus on Finance, Controlling, or Accounting, or a comparable commercial apprenticeship
• Several years of professional experience in Financial Controlling
• Sound knowledge of accounting, particularly in accordance with HGB
• Very good Excel skills as well as experience with ERP and BI systems
• Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
• Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey financial matters understandably
• German at C1/C2 level and English at least at B2 level
