(Senior) Financial Controller (m/w/d)

Your Role

You want to actively shape the financial management of a growing company and work closely with Accounting and Management?
As (Senior) Financial Controller (m/w/d), you will take on a key role in our finance organization. You are responsible for forecasts, budget planning, and cash flow analysis, develop our reporting further, and support strategic decisions with well-founded analyses. You combine financial expertise with a deep understanding of processes, numbers, and corporate governance.

Your Tasks

• Participation in monthly and annual statements according to HGB
• Preparation of forecasts, budgets, and scenario analyses
• Finance Business Partner for Accounting and other internal stakeholders
• Development and monitoring of cash flow plans
• Analysis of plan-actual deviations and derivation of action recommendations
• Further development of reports, calculations, and financial key figures
• Optimization of controlling processes and support for the expansion of our BI landscape
• Ensuring data quality and further development of relevant finance systems and interfaces

Your Profile

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree with a focus on Finance, Controlling or Accounting, or comparable vocational training
• Multiple years of experience in Financial Controlling
• Fundamental knowledge of accounting, particularly according to HGB
• Very good Excel skills and experience with ERP and BI systems
• Outstanding analytical skills and high numerical affinity
• Structured, self-responsible, and solution-oriented working style
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey financial information in a comprehensible manner
• German on C1/C2 level and English at least B2 level
