Senior Financial Controller (everyone is welcome)

Your Tasks

• Responsibility for monthly reports at company and regional levels.
• Planning, controlling, and monitoring the budgeting process as well as regular forecasts.
• Development and implementation of receiver-oriented reports, including ad-hoc evaluations.
• Interface function between Controlling, Accounting, and departmental units.
• Participation in monthly and annual closing preparation.
• Taking on special tasks and projects.
• Continuously developing business processes, standard reports, and control instruments (e.g. KPIs, Power BI, SAP) to improve efficiency.

Your Profile

• Accounting or Controlling background.
• Professional experience in comparable positions, preferably in a growth-oriented company.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting according to HGB or IFRS.
• Process management skills.
• Dynamic, self-reliant personality with affinity for IT.
• Professionally handling MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with SAP FI systems.
• Fluent English and German in spoken and written form.
