(Senior) Financial Analyst / Controller (m/w/d) - FP&A

You would like to actively shape the financial management of an international company as an FP&A Analyst (m/w/d) and act as a sparring partner for management? You will work in a dynamic environment with close ties between Finance and operational units as well as direct exchange with Senior Management. Aufgaben

• You analyze actual numbers and deviations and create fundamental comments for management decisions.
• You prepare forecasts, budgets, and plans and ensure their quality and timeliness.
• You support the creation of consolidated financial reports and prepare decision-making grounds for Top Management.
• You work closely with budget holders together and synchronize relevant financial key figures.
• You automate and optimize reporting and analysis processes continuously.
• You monitor the performance of individual business units and identify optimization potential.
• You ensure a revision-proof documentation of all relevant planning and reporting processes.
• You communicate planning targets and milestones clearly and goal-oriented to relevant stakeholders.
• You support and challenge management based on fundamental analyses and numbers.

Qualifikation

• You hold a completed degree in Business Administration, Finance or a comparable qualification.
• You bring several years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Controlling.
• You have fundamental knowledge in Finance & Accounting and a deep understanding of interdependencies in corporate management.
• You work analytically, structured, and recognize connections even in complex data structures quickly.
• You are confident with Excel and common ERP and reporting tools.
• You communicate clearly and persuasively, even when dealing with complex matters.
• You work independently, solution-oriented, and bring a pronounced hands-on mentality.
• You have very good German language skills (at least C1 level) and negotiation-safe English language skills (at least C1 level).
