Senior Financial Analyst – Corporate FP&A & Consolidated Reporting Location: Mexico Position Summary The Senior Financial Analyst – Corporate FP&A & Consolidated Reporting is responsible for supporting enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis activities. This role owns consolidated financial reporting across all business units and serves as a key contributor to executive leadership, parent company reporting requirements, annual planning cycles, and monthly financial reporting. Additionally, this position will provide analytical support to various stakeholders, including the CEO, CFO, and other senior leaders. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining comprehensive financial reports for executive leadership and parent company stakeholders. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities and risks. • Providing analytical support to various stakeholders, including the CEO, CFO, and other senior leaders. • Maintaining accurate and timely financial records and reports. • Identifying and addressing process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function. • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field and at least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required. Knowledge of financial planning and analysis software such as Hyperion or Anaplan is an asset.
