Senior Financial Accountant (m/f/d)

STADA Arzneimittel GmbH is part of an internationally active pharmaceutical company and has an established organization in Austria with its headquarters in Vienna. For the local Finance team, we are looking for an experienced accounting professional who appreciates a broad range of responsibilities, takes ownership, and enjoys contributing to process development.

• Independent management of ongoing accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, bank, and general ledger
• Participation in monthly and annual financial statements as well as group reporting
• Responsibility for payment transactions, cash, and liquidity management
• Tax, duty, and authority notifications, as well as IFRS 16 reporting
• Management of outstanding receivables and dunning procedures
• Participation in the optimization and digitalization of finance processes
• Key user function for SAP

• Completed commercial apprenticeship with a focus on accounting or finance
• Several years of experience in accounting, ideally in an international environment
• Good knowledge of UGB (Austrian Commercial Code), IFRS, and Austrian tax matters
• Very good SAP skills, ideally S/4HANA
• Very good German and good English language skills
• Independent, structured, and accurate way of working
• Hands-on mentality, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of process improvements
